Chapter 4: Identity and aspirations.

New Year’s Day is coming. In our house that means Robe-A-Palooza and mapping out our future by drawing our Empire Tree. We use the day to celebrate ourselves: who we have been, who we are, and who we want to be. We wrote a book about it. THE ROOTS

The roots are where you describe who you are and who you aspire to be. Use one word definitions: kind, altruistic, curious, etc. This is the foundation of who you are and the source from which everything else grows. Strong roots make for strong trees.
